Well , i never got a change to be a warchief on my server so i have this little doubt that what the time duration to change temple title.

well I'm not sure what you are asking but when you take the temple there is a peace period 6 days long
And to take it you have to hold it 4 hours

There is 12 Hour of Cooling Period Time after giving a title.
Example: If the temple chief gives scholar title to someone then he can't give the same (scholar )title to other members for 12 hours.
