Also, there is a new artifact is there that can only be unlocked by obsidian turtles turtle so if you spin 90 obsidian turtles then you will get that artifact called Blood Stained Tusk.

Red Valor the Tusk War Pattern & Skill Analysis
Leadership Skill – Increase ATK of All partner by 33%
Skill 1 – Slash
Attacks an Enemy and deal damage a certain percentage of its own ATK and DEF. if Valor the Tusk has higher DEF than Enemy, it can also decrease enemy DEF for 2 Rounds.
Skill 2 – Extreme Anger (CD- 5 Rounds)
Attacks an Enemy until the enemy’s action bar has been completely depleted. Each attack will reduce enemy action bar by 25%. it will attack at least once and up to 4 times.
Skill 3 – Heroic Spirit
Increase its own action bar by 20% each time a partner on its team receives a critical attack.
Skill Analysis and war Pattern Suggestion for RED Tusk
RED valor 2nd skill is very powerful because it deals massive damage to the enemy and also reduce enemy action bar to zero. So in order to give all 4 attacks of 2nd skill your partner should attack first to the enemy when enemy action bar is 100%. So you should focus on 
SPD, 
ATK, and 
DEF for RED Valor.
💡Option 1 – 4 Cat + 2 Bull (Left Hand – SPD + Helmet ATK% + Right Hand DEF%) – use SPD,ATK,DEF in substat.
💡Option 2 – 4 Smilodon + 2 Bull (Left Hand – SPD + Helmet – DEF%/ATK% + Right Hand DEF%) – Use SPD,ATK,DEF in Substat.

Blue Valor the Tusk War Pattern & Skill Analysis
Leadership Skill – Increase HP of All partner by 33%
Skill 1 – Slash
Attacks an Enemy and deal damage a certain percentage of its own ATK and DEF. if Valor the Tusk has higher DEF than Enemy, it can also decrease enemy DEF for 2 Rounds.
Skill 2 – Savage Impact (CD- 5 Rounds)
Impacts enemies, and deals damage to all enemies based on its DEF. For each Enemy, it also has a 50% chance to stun the enemy for 1 round.
Skill 3 – Fortitude
Valor the tusk is immune to Stun and Frozen debuffs. when he is on the battlefield, increase RES by 30% for all partner on the team.

Blue valor is a DEF partner which is immune to debuff and provides RES to the team. So you should focus DEF, and SPD on him.
💡Option 1 – 6 Bull (Left Hand – SPD + Helmet – DEF% + Right Hand – DEF%/HP%).
💡Option 2 – 4 Cat + 2 Bull (Left Hand – SPD + Helmet – DEF% + right Hand – HP%).

Leadership Skill – Increase SPD of All partner by 24%
Skill 1 – Slash
Attacks an Enemy and deal damage a certain percentage of its own ATK and DEF. if Valor the Tusk has higher DEF than Enemy, it can also decrease enemy DEF for 2 Rounds.
Skill 2 – Savage Impact (CD- 5 Rounds)
Impacts enemies, and deals damage to all enemies based on its DEF. For each Enemy, it also has a 50% chance to stun the enemy for 1 round.
Skill 3 – Chief’s Blessing (CD – 6 Rounds)
Heals HP by 40% for all partners and applies Immunity and DEF increase Buffs for 2 rounds. if Healing exceeds their max HP, the excess with increase their Action Bar by the same Percentage.

Green is a very good support partner that will heal team partner, also add immunity and DEF increase buffs. for Him, you should focus on 
HP, SPD, and DEF.

Which Color Valor the tusk is good?
Every Rare Partner is good you just need to fit that partner in a good team. Here Blue Valor seems to be weak. because if you see green tusk 3rd skill it’s better than blue. but still, if you have only blue then use it against GOE and Stun team.
